Shipping of Your Analysis Kit

After your order, your Klar2O analysis kit will be shipped quickly and reliably. Delivery usually takes place within 1–3 business days after shipping confirmation.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with all relevant tracking information. This way, you always know when your analysis kit will arrive.

Delivery is made conveniently to your home, mailbox, parcel locker, or, if you are not available, to a neighbor.

Return Shipping of Your Water Sample

Returning your water sample is simple and already prepared for you.

Your analysis kit includes:

all required sample containers
a pre-prepared return label
the shipping box for reuse

After collecting your water sample according to the instructions, place the filled containers back into the box, seal it carefully, and attach the enclosed return label so that it is clearly visible.

You can then drop off the package with a shipping service provider.

Important Notes on Return Shipping

To ensure fast and smooth analysis, please observe the following points:

Send your sample ideally between Monday and Wednesday to avoid long storage times.
Make sure that all sample containers are completely filled and tightly sealed.
Use only the supplied shipping box to avoid damage.

As soon as your sample has arrived at the laboratory, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Processing & Results

After your sample has arrived, the laboratory analysis begins. The processing time depends on the selected scope of analysis.

As soon as your results are available, they will automatically be sent to you by email.
